Location Located next to Udon Thani Railway Station you will find three night market grouped together on the crossroads where the Tongyai Road meets the Prajak Sillapkom Road.

This market is huge, it spreads across either side of the main road to the railway station and also across another main road leading towards the hospital. Very busy, plenty of variety and a huge choice of food options. But, if you are looking for a quiet spot to sit & drink or eat out of the way…I don’t think you’ll find it in the market. Plenty of nearby cafes to choose from as well though!
Well worth a visit.
Udon Thani’s night markets start up from 17:00 every day of the week and get really busy on the weekends when bands play in a large bar area of Centrepoint Market, which is the market area to the north of the train station on the east side of the Tongyai Road.
The most commonly sold thing, other than food and drink, at of the three night markets in Udon Thani is clothes. For the cheapest clothing head to either Centrepoint Market or Preecha Market, both on the northern side of the Prajak Sillapkom Road. For better quality and more expensive items then head to the newly constructed UD Shopping Mall on the south side of the Prajak Sillapkom Road. Despite bearing the title ‘shopping mall’ the UD Shopping has a covered market with stalls very similar to those in Centrepoint Market or Preecha Market just with better quality items.
